Insurance Options

We are in-network with most major insurance companies.  It is always a good idea to check with your insurance company to make sure that we are in-network.  We will contact your insurance company to verify your chiropractic benefits.  Our billing staff is always on hand to answer any of your questions.

Insurance Companies that we are NOT in-network with are:  

• Anthem Senior Advantage
• Empire Avon EPO
• Tri Health 

Medicare has different coverage than other insurance companies.  The guidelines are as follows:

• Exams and X-rays are NOT covered.
• Physical Therapy is NOT covered.
• Spinal Manipulations (Adjustments) ARE covered.

For our patients that do have health insurance or chiropractic coverage, we do offer a Cash Price Plan for the following aspects of our practice:

• Adjustment
• Physical Therapy
• Exam
• X-Rays

We also treat Personal Injury/Auto Accident cases. We will bill services through your Auto Insurance. If you were not at fault, in the accident then your insurance company will be reimbursed from the At-fault insurance company.

We also treat Workers Compensation cases. We bill services through the MCO handling the case. We will work with your attorney to make sure that your treatment and rehabilitation is covered.
